Great location for accesibility to many things to do, wide variety of food, and transportation, but can be quite noisy. Noise comes with the territory, so that is not on the hotel but something to be concious of. I stayed here only due to the Amex benefits which the hotel did not fully honor. While I did use the room credit the late checkout and breakfast for two was not honored. The breakfast for two charge was disputed via Amex and the late checkout had to be forced. Hotels should not join the Amex program if you do not plan on the benefits.

We attended a yoga class on Sunday morning and it was a truly wonderful experience. Both the space and the instructor were excellent, and afterward we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I want to especially thank Nerea, who helped us manage the reservation for my family and me; Adriana, who gave us a tour of the entire hotel, sharing its history and all its incredible details; and Jesús, for his superb service during breakfast. I would also like to mention Paola and Eduardo, who were very attentive throughout breakfast: it was delicious and the service was impeccable. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back to share this wonderful experience!
