We stayed here 3 nights in January and had a good experience! Room was clean and AC worked well. Other reviews had me concerned it would be crusty, but it wasn’t at all! Shower was good, and on the third floor it was quiet - we didn’t hear any other guests or partying going on. We had a balcony overlooking the pool that weirdly was the only balcony that shared the space with the room next door with no divider, but it wasn’t an issue. If you want a private balcony be sure to check on that! We did request housekeeping one day and it never happened, but it wasn’t a big deal. Location is great and walkable to several good coffeeshops and restaurants! Free parking in the garage, and the trees around the hotel are gorgeous! Overall great, clean, quiet, convenient hotel, and very affordable.
