I was lucky to get to know basically all of the spaces here - we photographed D&K’s wedding here, and it feels like stepping into a private art gallery - every mural, every corner of the hotel is full of character and soul. In fact, that’s exactly what the couple loved most about the venue 🙂 A dream backdrop for photos! The wedding day itself started and finished at Don Pascual - the hotel has perfect layout for everything from the getting ready moments to the first look and couple’s photos. And the upper terrace has incredible views over the town! The only part outside was the mass at the church - and then the couple made a grand entrance back to the venue in their vintage convertible 🖤 - such an iconic moment! The front yard was where the cocktail took place, leading into a magical reception on the terrace (yes, they covered the pool with the reception setup - amazing transformation!). The cultural mix added a beautiful, personal touch - he’s from Hawaii, she’s from Ecuador - especially during their first look and again later in the evening. And the speeches were pure gold - especially the groom’s nieces, whose touching words brought everyone to tears. Big thanks to the amazing team at Don Pascual, and to Rox from Santo Amor for making everything flow effortlessly. If you’re dreaming of a creative, intimate, and story-filled wedding in SMA - this place is something special.
