What a disappointment!!! We came here for three days to spend New Year's! The service is very inconsistent depending on the staff on duty that day. It feels like management is completely absent. The price is disproportionate to the quality of the rooms and the service offered! The evening service was very inconsistent and practically nonexistent on our first night. Bath towels weren't replaced even though they had been left on the floor. The prosecco offered for New Year's was poor quality. Clearly, when you stay at a SLH chain and a 5-star hotel, you expect better service! The hotel is clearly lacking in maintenance, and the grounds could be better maintained.

We love this place. We always come here to eat or have wine, but this time we stayed, and the experience was spectacular. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities even more so. Delicious food and wine. There are paths all around where you can walk in nature. It has a Spa and Stunning vineyard views. The service is incredible, everything is top-notch. In summer, it’s even more beautiful.
