Casa Polanco Hotel Boutique

Casa Polanco is genuinely one of the most serene and beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. I usually struggle to sleep when I’m away from home, but this truly felt like a home away from home — I slept like a baby every night. The entire property is immaculate, and as someone very particular about hygiene, I really appreciated how impeccably clean everything was, especially the bathrooms, on both of my visits. The location is perfect: right in front of the park, with lots of restaurants, dessert spots and a pharmacy nearby, and Avenida Presidente just a short walk away. It’s ideal whether you want to stroll, dine or shop. The service is outstanding. Every member of staff looked after me so well, and most spoke English, which made communication very easy. They also had great recommendations for things to do. I especially loved how attentive they are — for example, when I went to Chapultepec Castle, they offered me water and a bag, which turned out to be very useful for the long walk and hot weather. They often offered drinks; I don’t drink alcohol, but I definitely enjoyed all the fresh juices and popsicles! Food was great too — not an overly huge menu, but just enough and very well done. Breakfast had a very good selection. The gym is compact but spotless and has everything you need for a solid workout, and spa services are also available. It’s also an incredibly quiet hotel, with a lovely terrace, and because it’s not very large, it never feels crowded even when fully booked. If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway without noise, busy lifts and chaos, this is the place. The only small downside was that during my second stay I didn’t receive turndown service, unlike my first visit — but everything else was so wonderful that it didn’t take away from the experience. I absolutely love Casa Polanco and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This was possibly the best hotel experience we have ever encountered in our many years of travel. From the moment we checked in, and throughout our entire stay, we felt incredibly welcome and pampered. The staff were all very accommodating, professional and super engaging. The location was superb (overlooking Lincoln Park) and the food and beverages were over the top. We especially enjoyed the early morning cappuccinos that were delivered to our room daily. We will most definitely become repeat clients.

AMAZING Experience, the staff was fantastic and speak perfect English. We had breakfast included, which was delicious and so were the dinners we had. Our room was ready on time, spotless and beautiful. The location is great for walking to numerous restaurants and safe too. We would go back in a heart beat and highly recommend it.
