I only visited it, I didn't stay there. But the infrastructure is excellent.

Terrible experience. The apartment shares an address with a hotel, which can be confusing. The person who checks you into the apartment is only there while you hand over the keys; the rest is your responsibility. The style is more like an Airbnb rental. The claim that continental breakfast is included isn't true at all. It has three rooms, two of which have almost unbearable street noise, but nothing like what happened to us. One of the rooms had termites!!! They were literally falling on our faces and mouths as we lay down. It was midnight, and the manager we contacted via WhatsApp (because the hotel has nothing to do with them) replied: "I'm so sorry, it's a shame this has never happened to us before!" And what do I do? I'm left lying here with termites falling on me? Well, they didn't fix anything. My husband and my two little ones were traveling. The four of us decided to move to the master bedroom because we didn't want to leave the kids alone downstairs. So, when we got ready to go to bed, we pulled off the blanket, and there on the sheet was a cut toenail! Disgusting! We texted the guy again, and he didn't answer us until midnight! We went to the hotel reception, and the guy tried to help us by contacting someone he knew. No one answered him, and no one answered us either. Fortunately, the hotel had a room available, so we took it. The next day, they agreed to refund us for the room, but told us, "Well, it wasn't necessary to rent at the hotel; we have other properties right here in the city." Of course! If only they had answered us or given us an additional solution to the "what a shame, this has never happened to us before" (I mean, sorry, so rest assured).
