I’ve stayed in several hotels in this city, and this one is by far the best for me. The room is very clean and gets cleaned every day. It feels modern, almost like a five-star hotel. Yes, the room I stayed in was smaller and didn’t have windows, but that wasn’t important to me. What mattered was cleanliness, comfort, modern amenities, a good mattress, and complete quiet. The personal was very friendly. The location is excellent, right in the city center. For me, this hotel deserves 5 stars because the price-to-quality ratio exceeded my expectations.

Without a doubt, this is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are nice and cozy, as is the hotel in general, but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. The restaurant is quite slow, and almost all the breakfasts we ordered were sent back for some reason. We had 5 rooms, and the rule was: ZERO CLEANLINESS. They don't change towels even when you ask, as you can see in some photos; they look like they mopped with them, but they don't even do that. When we complained to management, they told us that in this hotel they only clean the sink and toilet...😣😣😡 the rest is just basic cleaning until the next guest arrives. The room floor was dirty, as was the bathroom floor. When you opened your bed at night, you could find some kind of dirt or something you had left behind. In our case, on New Year's Eve, they threw lentils on the table where we celebrated, and on January 1st, we saw some lentils on the sheets. When we went to bed that night, it was still there... I think the most important thing in a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel really has no idea about the basics. Also, in almost all the rooms, the curtains don't close properly, and you can see into the room and bathroom from the outside...

There are no windows, so it's quiet and you don't have to worry about outside noise. It's clean and bright, and the showers have plenty of hot water. There is no parking lot, but there are several nearby. On weekends, the area around the hotel gets congested and the parking lot fills up in the evenings, so it's best to come early.
