The two stars I'm giving are for the cleaning staff, who did a fantastic job! And for the service in the restaurant. Everything else was an outrage. Calling the area a spa is an insult! The small sauna, when it's even working, doesn't get hotter than 60 degrees Celsius. The tiny jacuzzi is unfortunately constantly out of order. The only seating in the spa area is a two-seater chair. So, in bad weather (when you'd actually want to use the spa), you can forget about going there. All the lockers are out of order. On the first night, there was neither hot water for showering nor heating in the room! After our complaint, we were offered additional blankets. The next day, we were moved to a different room, an apartment that offered us no added value, as it was located at the far end of the property. This meant an extremely long walk to the main hotel where breakfast and the spa area were located, and without the sea view we had actually booked for a considerable sum. When we inquired about this, we were told we had received an upgrade to a room with hot water. As if hot water weren't standard for a 5-star hotel! Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here! In general, it seems technicians aren't welcome at this hotel. How else can you explain the numerous breakdowns and malfunctions everywhere? Overall, it's a huge complex that has seen better days. The outdoor pools look great in the summer. However, in winter, everything was unheated. The breakfast buffet isn't very large and always the same, but it's enough to fill you up. The location is naturally beautiful, however, there are no restaurants or anything similar within walking distance. Uber Eats works really well. And with Bolt, you can get a ride anywhere for a small fee.

The place was great; we went during the off-season and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a spacious terrace. The appliances and bathtub could use some updating, but overall, everything was very good.
