My husband and I visited Cassia Sokcho to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I booked through my Accor membership and had emailed them in advance mentioning our anniversary. The staff member at the front desk, 'Jennie,' welcomed us so kindly and even arranged a room upgrade for us, making our mood truly wonderful right from check-in. Thank you!!🩷 Above all, what impressed me most on this trip was the warm service from the staff at the restaurants and bars. I have stayed at countless hotels in my life, but I can truly count on one hand the places that were this attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the Vista buffet on the evening of March 12th, and all the staff members constantly looked after our table and cleared our empty dishes immediately, making for a very comfortable dining experience. In particular, the 'tall staff member with glasses' who was at the buffet that day!! The latte he brewed was so delicious that I drank several cups in a row, even though it was dinner time. I tried the same coffee at breakfast and at Horizon the next morning, but it didn't taste the same as the night before. I really felt how dramatically the taste of coffee can change depending on who brews it and with how much care. If you are visiting Cassia Sokcho and see this staff member, you absolutely must try their warm latte! I highly recommend it. 😄 Also, late in the evening on March 12th, my husband went to the BOSCO Whiskey Bar by himself, and he told me to make sure to write in the review that the staff there were truly the best and thanked them. He was incredibly touched by the enjoyable conversation we had with the staff member and the recommendation for a real local gem. It goes without saying that the hotel facilities are excellent, but thanks to the sincere service from the staff, it became a perfect wedding anniversary trip that my husband and I will never forget. Cassia Sokcho, we will definitely visit again next time! Thank you! 😀
