For sure I can't say it's a 4 star resort, the smallest room I've ever been, but that was not the biggest problem; in the description, they say we can use the facilities they have at the spa across the street, but guess what they told us the sauna is not working and if i want to use the bubble pool they will gladly take my money. Wi-fi was not really working and the staff is also not trained enough to provide a good customer service experience, unfortunattely. Food was ok and that's about all ...:(

This small hotel with two swimming pools is a definite plus, with rooms that each open onto a small terrace or balcony. The major drawback is that it's a cheapskate hotel because even when everything is included in the half-board package, they charge for water, even though the tap water is perfectly drinkable. €4 for a one-liter bottle of water in a hotel is, in my opinion, a bit excessive.
