Spectacular. Even better than I expected. I'd love to do it again, with more time. The guys who organized this trip were fantastic. The spa was great; I'm going to check out their offers and I think they might have a package that includes the hotel.

Today we were at the thermal circuit and pool. In the second part of the circuit, you have to go down some stairs that the attendant warned us were slippery and to hold on tight. To my surprise, when we got to the bottom, in the shower and hammam area, the floor was the same and wet. When we got out of the hot pool, there were two steps outside the pool, and as I was going down holding onto a handrail, it was loose, and I slipped and fell. At first, it didn't seem like anything, but then my groin started to hurt. I went upstairs to the relaxation area, and the girl made me wait because another group was going in. When I told her, she asked if it was slippery. Well, then, according to someone who was there, they went down to take photos. I missed 30-40 minutes of the circuit because of the pain and fear of falling, of course. Then we went to the pool, and because I was in pain, we left 45 minutes early. They asked me twice how I was and if I needed anything. But they didn't offer me any compensation, and I probably only enjoyed less than half the time, albeit reluctantly.

A quiet and comfortable hotel with spacious, well-maintained rooms, and their exceptional cleanliness. The thermal pool is nice, although they should monitor its capacity; it was too crowded between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. The best part was the breakfast—very complete and varied—and the staff provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
