This is our second time at this spa resort. And we've stayed at all the resorts in the chain. They're all fantastic, to be honest. But there are some things a 5-star hotel should pay a little more attention to. Here are a few examples: - They told us the room was ready, but the extra bed for a child wasn't set up, nor was there a bathrobe or slippers for the child. - The extra bed was actually the sofa. It was terrible, and every time our 26kg child moved, it creaked like an old-fashioned spring mattress. - They've changed the children's hours from 3pm to 5pm; before, it was until 6pm in the afternoons. It's almost impossible to get there if you're planning to eat out. - We had to ask twice for the bathrobe and slippers. They finally gave us a bathrobe, but they no longer provide slippers for children, or at least they didn't have any. Other resorts in the chain have provided them. Luckily, I brought some.

We only went to the thermal pool and it's truly fantastic. The water is a lovely temperature for relaxing. The powerful jets are perfect for soothing and relieving muscle tension. They provide a swim cap, bathrobe, towel, and flip-flops, and in the changing rooms you'll find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel... and a decent hairdryer... Everything you could ask for so you don't have to worry about a thing.
