Jeanne, the front desk support has been amazing. My stay was unexpectedly longer and she has been so helpful and accommodating. Both her and the GM Paul, were so extremely professional and kind. The property is amazing for both young kids and adults. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff is kind. The outdoor area has been hours of fun for my son. Thank you to the Hilton tapestry for making home away from home comfortable!

We recently stayed here and unfortunately had several concerning issues during our visit. After showering one evening, we discovered that one of the “clean” towels provided in our room had dried feces on it. We reported it to the front desk and were given replacement towels, but no manager followed up and it did not appear that an incident report was taken. We also were not given instructions for the contaminated towel, so we had to bag it ourselves and bring it downstairs for disposal. In addition, several soap dispensers in our room and in public areas of the hotel were frequently empty during our stay, which added to the overall sanitation concerns. Towels were also often missing from the amenity areas, and there were multiple times when there were no pool or beach towels available near the pool area. Another frustration was the parking situation. Parking costs $20 per day, and this was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process. We only discovered the fee about a week before our stay. Cleanliness, transparency about fees, and basic hygiene should be minimum expectations at any hotel, so this experience was very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, very accommodating and quiet! I heard a couple of truck mufflers maybe twice and that was all. I had mozz sticks at the bar and loved the granola greek yogurt for breakfast. Front desk was wonderful as were the bartender and waitress. My only critique would be that the lobby music was a little loud for me in the morning. I'm not into overpowering speakers and music when I wake up.
