Don't let the pictures fool u on website.the hotel is really dirty .and old fashioned.beds uncomfortable: u will end up having a bad back.i had to move to 4 rooms.wasnt impress at all.dusty lap shades.fridges breaking down.cracked walls.cracked celin.no shower doors.flees and mosquitoes alot in rooms.the maid's dont clean properly.they beg for tips.staff knocking your door at night.tryer look girls.unaprorate behaviour.staff go inside your room.your stuff goes missing. cats every where in hotel and restraunt with hairs in your food.the food makes u get sick or running to the toilet. There's alot of technical problem in hotel.like fire alarm going off at all time.early morning or day and night.cameras are not in action.alot nose at lobby bar at night.no entertainment for kids at all.all inclusive drink run out all the time.after u pay for it.they frog u off.no staff speaks English.your notvgetting a good customer service at all.guess relation are no help at all.0.guess relation multiple u to give good reviews.by walking around to u.but don't resolve no problem.the hotel is not 5 star.its 0 stars.please please becareful before u book hotel.i wouldnt recommend this hotel to no one.very poorly. Its not wroth your money.last I went was novomber 2025.never again.

So, I stayed at the Castival Hotel for two weeks two years ago and had absolutely no complaints. There was no mold or any other structural problems. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The hotel is currently closed for renovations. Given the large hole in the roof and the fact that it was leaking, who is to blame? Once everything is renovated, I would gladly stay there again. I wish the hotel and its management all the best for the new season and many satisfied guests.
