This is the 4th time we stayed here and the 4th time we have loved the place each time. Check in is quick and easy, the location is excellent, the room was very nice(watched whales from the veranda and the staff is wonderful.

Avoid this property at all costs. Our unit had an active bed bug infestation. This was not speculative or minor — it was obvious and alarming enough that we refused to stay. At that point, the response from on-site staff was completely unacceptable. The employee present was rude and dismissive and refused to contact maintenance or management, despite the seriousness of the issue. There was no attempt to inspect the unit, relocate us, or escalate the situation in real time. We were effectively left on our own. When I followed up the next day and finally spoke with a manager, the experience somehow got worse. The manager was short, disrespectful, and took zero ownership of the situation. There was no apology, no concern for health or safety, and no acknowledgment that a bed bug infestation is a serious failure. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us an erroneous $400 “cleaning fee” — despite the fact that we did not stay in the unit at all due to the conditions. Trying to penalize guests after exposing them to a health hazard is unacceptable. This was a complete breakdown in customer service, accountability, and basic hospitality standards. Between the infestation, staff behavior, and attempted improper charges, this property demonstrated a total lack of professionalism. Do not stay here. There are far better, safer, and more responsibly managed options nearby.
