It's cheap. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but a single plate of Turkish home-cooked food. The surrounding area is noisy, and soundproofing isn't great. Hot water is slow to come out, but it does work.

Very bad experience. We stayed in a Deluxe room in Building C. Hot water was available, but Wi-Fi never worked, despite daily complaints. Reception and management were unhelpful and only kept saying “tomorrow” or “technician,” with no actual solution. The hotel has 3 buildings: C building has no Wi-Fi, while A and B buildings reportedly have Wi-Fi but hot water problems — clearly poor management. Cleanliness was unacceptable. We checked in late at night even though check-in starts at 14:00, yet the room was not properly cleaned. Found empty shampoo bottles in the shower, a wet cigarette in the sink, stained bed sheets, and towels with red and brown stains. Recent reviews already mention Wi-Fi problems for weeks, but the hotel has not fixed anything. Would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The location is nice, and although the rooms are small, the hotel has a certain ambiance. The ingredients used at breakfast are also of good quality. So why 1 star? Because there is no hot water in the hotel. You read that right: there's hot water if there's sun, otherwise there isn't. This is unacceptable. Why do people come to a hotel? They have work in another city, they've traveled, they're tired; they return in the evening, take a shower, and relax. This is the most basic requirement of hospitality. It's truly sad that such a simple and solvable problem as "no hot water" still persists. Moreover, looking at the negative reviews, it's clear that everyone is complaining about the same problem. This means the problem is known but not being solved. This deficiency cannot be compensated for by ambiance or breakfast. If basic needs aren't met, the rest is meaningless. I suggest you take these reviews into account and seriously address this problem.
