EXCELLENT! We stayed for 7 nights, between 05.09-12.09.2025. It was a dream vacation. The staff was more than kind, we laughed a lot with them every time and we felt like they were our friends. We want to give the most appreciation and thanks to the owner, the waiter Marios and the other waiter whose name we don't know, but he also speaks German very well. You were WONDERFUL. The food is very good and they were very open when I told them that I was vegetarian, they modified all the dishes to be suitable for me. There is a lady at the pool who supervises, so there were no inconveniences caused by children or excessive noise. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and even trustworthy. We were able to leave cameras and even money in the room, in plain sight, nothing was ever missing. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The furniture is not ultra-modern and the tiles in the room are not the newest, but it is clean, without any hygiene problems. The doors open with a card, there is an elevator in the hotel. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator and a roller blind on the balcony. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach. All the sunbeds on the beach are free, we did not pay for them anywhere. There are many restaurants near the hotel. We only had breakfast and dinner included, we ate lunch in other places and the food was very good everywhere. What bothered me was the price of drinks. Apart from water, everything was very expensive. Beers were more than 7.5 euros and a cocktail started at 6.5 euros. We bought drinks from the nearby shop, it was much cheaper. I highly recommend Hotel Castro! For me, this was my first stay ever and I would repeat it with all my heart.
