Too expensive for what it is. My stay was okay, but I didn't particularly want to stay long. The place is dark and lacks natural light. The staff is welcoming. Now, let's talk about the room. First off, the noise when you swipe your key card to open the door is alarming. The decor needs updating, and a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt. The king-size bed isn't really a king-size bed; it's two mattresses pushed together, although that's not a major issue. As for the TV, if you want to mirror your smartphone, tablet, or computer screen, the brightness is very strange and doesn't look very good. The soundproofing is nonexistent; I could hear people having sex in the next room. Luckily, I had earplugs. And the curtains are too small and don't cover all the windows. As for cleanliness, it was fairly well cleaned. I don't think my opinion will change anything and no work will be done, so if you can pay a little more, go to another hotel!

We had booked a spacious room with a sofa and deliberately paid for it. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the assigned room did not meet basic security standards: the front door couldn't be locked and even a door handle was missing. This is simply incomprehensible for a hotel. After reporting this, we were assigned another room that was considerably smaller—estimated to be about half the size of the booked space. Despite this, management insisted that this was the same room and that the prices were identical, which is demonstrably false. The way our complaint was handled was distant, evasive, and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to downplay the situation. It was particularly disappointing that this stay occurred on my birthday, a time when one should expect at least some kind of attention or leniency. Here too, the service left much to be desired. This experience demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer focus. We are very dissatisfied and will not recommend this hotel.
