I'm sad that we are unable to stay at our go to place hopefully the rebuild will get completed for our regular trip in January of 2027. But we are still coming this year to support the region.😎

A terrible experience at the Catalonia Hotel. From the very first moment, it was clear that what they advertise online didn't match reality. The rooms and hotel facilities were nothing like the photos or the published description. The food was another huge disappointment: low quality, tasteless, and far from what they promised at the time of booking. We experienced a truly frustrating situation, unlike anything I've ever encountered in a hotel. We requested a refund due to the misleading advertising, but for months we only received excuses and no concrete solution. My recommendation is to be very careful before staying here. The hotel doesn't live up to the expectations it creates and ends up being a major letdown.

The hotel advertises a reality online that doesn't exist. Upon arrival, both the room and the common areas were completely different from what was advertised in the pictures. The food was also a huge disappointment: very different from what they advertise and tasteless. We had a horrible experience, something we had never experienced before in a hotel stay. We requested a refund due to the false information, but we were misled for months without any resolution. Warning: anyone staying at this hotel will likely regret it. The place does not, in any way, meet the expectations created by the images and promises sold online.
