The property itself was nice, with well-kept grounds, very clean spaces, and spacious rooms. That said, the service didn’t quite match the price point during my stay. Some interactions felt more transactional than welcoming, and I waited over an hour to check in. I also had to get my own beach towels, and concierge support was limited. On a rainy day, I was dropped at a restaurant far from the lobby and ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a ride back despite multiple calls, which was frustrating. I paid around $500–$600 per night (likely due to the holiday period), and the overall experience felt closer to what I’d expect in the $300–$400 range. Food options and restaurants are somewhat limited, though one evening with live music and lobster was a nice highlight. Overall, a lovely property with potential, but service and value could be improved. It’s more 4 star energy, not 5.

10/10 resort. My bestfriend and I are here for 10 days and we have had an unreal time. There is so many fun activities throughout the day, the views and the beach are unreal. We hang out mostly by the pool but we made so many friends but the highlight of our trip are all the lovely. They are always so kind, happy and full of energy. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent, the rooms are dated, and the room service is very basic. However, the activities and the staff are fantastic! Especially the people: Yery Chocolaté, Mary Joël Mildred Fileté la Compote El Mioo!
