Absolutely loving our time here, the service is incredible. Jonathan, especially, made my partner and me feel so welcome. We’re excited for our meal tonight.

Overall the trip was fine. 1. Rooms were nice and clean. 2. Jacuzzi bubbles were rough and high so had to stand in the jacuzzi so the water did not go into my drink 3. There was a waiter in Korean Cowgirl who had good customer service skills, I asked for a smash burger with no bacon however when they brought it out it had bacon in it. I just raised it to him but told him I do not want anything from it just making them aware and he offered to take it off my bill which was nice. 4. Jeb the receptionist had good customer service skills 5. The only negative experience I had was with Chloe the receptionist, it was over a check out charge. First she told me it was from the mini fridge but I did not order anything from the mini fridge, then she said it was from the Korean cowgirl but I did not order anything from there either. Myself and partner explained that we dined at the Korean cowgirl but we pay our bill after eating. Chloe said she could see our order but my partner explained that was not possible because my partner booked the restaurant via open table in her name and I had booked the hotel in my name so she would not be able to see what we ordered. In the end it got resolved however it was frustrating and Chloe did not listen well or emphasize.

Lovely romantic break with hubby. Started with brilliant front of house staff Alex and Ashley. Could not do enough to make us feel welcome and their bubbly yet professional attitude continued throughout our stay. Rooms are lovely and beds are like sleeping on clouds. Had dinner at the Firepit. Very impressive, again the staff and their lovely warm personalities made the meal. Extremely clever culinary dishes. Particularly impressed with the complimentary pork soup and the Apple ice. Only points to not there were a couple of small maintenance issues with firepits throughout the hotel not working fully and flashing throughout out swim and meal. Also not enough loungers in the spa. Neither point would prevent us booking again.
