I felt like I was in China, those capsule rooms, the extremely repetitive breakfast, the bathroom sink, oh my god, it's impossible not to get the floor or your clothes wet. To be honest, the only saving grace is the staff, who are super professional.

My experience with the Celi Connect Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I consider it important to warn other guests about a situation that borders on deception. The group owns two hotels with practically identical names: Celi Hotel (4 stars) and Celi Connect Hotel, which is located directly across the street and belongs to the same chain. This nomenclature completely confuses the customer. When checking the photos and descriptions, they clearly referred to the Celi Hotel. However, upon finalizing the reservation, I was directed to the Celi Connect Hotel — which does not have any of the conditions presented in the photos. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the lack of infrastructure: • The bathroom is so small that it is impossible to change clothes inside it; • The room has no wardrobe or adequate space to open a suitcase; • There wasn't even a glass to drink water; • I requested a room change and was placed in another room where there was a leak in the bathroom, no shower stall, and the sink was overflowing; • The general hygiene conditions are unacceptable. Given this, there was absolutely no way I could stay there for the five days I had booked. When I asked to cancel the remaining days, they made it difficult to cancel and refund the value of the unused nights, even in the face of the clear lack of minimum conditions. To reinforce that the problem is not isolated, I found a couple going through the same situation: they booked believing they were going to the Celi Hotel, but upon arrival, they discovered that the reservation was for Celi Connect. In other words, there is a clear inducement to error, caused by the similarity of the names and the way the descriptions are presented. I left extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency, structure, and care for the guest. I do not recommend it.

The room is extremely small, with no room to move around or store your belongings and luggage. The worst part is the "open concept" bathroom; the glass shower stall is in the middle of the room along with the sink, offering no privacy for showering or changing, and water and steam run all over the room, forming a puddle. The rooms come with a single bed above the double bed, like a bunk bed. They don't make up the top bunk, leaving the guest to prepare and make it, another oversight by the hotel. The room is also poorly lit and poorly ventilated. The breakfast is very simple, and when the hotel is full, it can't accommodate the number of guests, lacking cutlery and glasses. The most common items, like scrambled eggs, fruit, and cake, also run out quickly. It only makes sense to book if you are traveling alone.
