Be very careful before booking this hotel. We are travelers from Asia and had to cancel our trip to Europe due to war-related safety concerns and flight route risks. We could neither transit through Dubai nor take direct flights that pass through conflict airspace. We contacted the hotel one full month before our check-in date to ask whether a partial refund could be considered. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any refund or flexibility and simply repeated that the reservation was non-refundable. Even after informing them well in advance, there was no empathy and no willingness to help guests facing unexpected circumstances. This experience was extremely disappointing. If your travel plans have any uncertainty or you might encounter unexpected situations, I strongly recommend choosing accommodations with more flexible and customer-friendly policies.

The room was very clean, the sheets were spotless, no dust at all, really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel. The welcome was pleasant and friendly, the bed was impeccable, top-notch! 👌 We will be back.

The room and its decor were pleasant. The hotel is quiet, which allows for a good rest. It's well located in the city center, just a few minutes from the Avignon Centre TGV train station. The staff is welcoming. The breakfast is standard continental. The negative points are mostly minor details. For example, the bathtub faucet has a spout for a shower head (unnecessary since there's a shower next to it), and water can leak from it. There are a few other examples. But these aren't major issues and don't detract from the overall quality of the room.
