The reason I chose this hotel was because of its location near the airport bus stop. It's a one-minute walk from the airport bus stop. While it's a little off the main road, there are other restaurants and other attractions nearby, so walking around was comfortable. However, it wasn't until my stay that I truly realized I made the right choice. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. My room had a relaxing atmosphere. A swan made from bath towels and face towels was waiting for me on my bed. It had my name written on it along with the word "WELCOM" (maybe the slightly different spelling was just a cute touch?). I'd requested a breakfast box because I was joining a tour that started early the next morning, and I was relieved to see that the instructions were followed. The next day, I ate breakfast at the breakfast venue. The selection was plentiful, the food was delicious, and I was able to eat my fill. The only slight drawback was that the shower temperature wasn't high enough, so I had to shower in lukewarm water. This is a hotel that I would definitely like to use again the next time I go to Siem Reap.
