Rooms were decent, But other facilities like swimming pool and gym were not maintained at all, Also there service was very poor. They didn’t send anyone for room service or any request, We were asked to come down. Reception staff is also not well mannered.

Great location. Daily cleaning. Hot water. We didn't check the minibar list upon arrival, and one was missing, so we were charged for it. It's a small thing, but annoying.

Hotel desperately needs an upgrade, specially the windows need better insolation. There is a lot of noise coming from the street. Rooms are outdated and not properly cleaned. Breakfast is so so. Pool, well, better not use it! Apart from how it is advertised vs how it is in reality (see pics) the pool was dirty and the area around had empty beer cans all over the floor. On top of this then after a long day out we came back to our room to find the door open.. The reception didn't care and said the door must have blown open.. (with an extra key card in the room, clearly the staff had forgotten to properly close the room after cleaning) Generally the staff doesn't really care for their guests, with one or two exceptions. Location is great, but that is really the only benefit the hotel has.
