We are very, very disappointed with the service. Behind your reception desk, you didn't give us the attention we expected. In my opinion, I'm a little disappointed. I paid more for less. In the other apartment you tried to pay for with the same card I presented, the beds were larger and there was a washing machine. I'll also spend money here to go to a laundromat, I don't know where, to do laundry. The machine isn't a queen or king size. It will be difficult to sleep the three of us even though Noah is only 1 year and 5 months old. When we left on Friday morning, October 10th, and just after checking out/checking in to extend our stay until the 13th, we had asked to have our sheets and towels changed, and toilet paper replaced because they couldn't do a full cleaning. When we returned Friday night, we realized that nothing had been done. Apologizing, the front desk offered to change our towels on Friday night, and that on Saturday morning they would have changed our sheets and cleaned them... BUT NO! On the Saturday of our extended stay, upon returning from a tiring day of shopping, nothing had been done either! We are very, very disappointed because, theoretically, an extension until the following Monday for $210 is considered equivalent to a new reservation by new guests with a clean apartment, clean sheets and towels, and refilled toilet paper. In fact, the customer service component is not included in the rate because the apartment cleaning service wasn't even done for 11 days. Today, Saturday, October 11th, nothing was done in our room. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND PAYING SO MUCH FOR THIS IS SERIOUS in terms of customer service!

If there were -5 I would give them less 5 stars!!!!!!! They make us go down to pick up any delivery order!! What kind of hotel is this??? Or do they have to change staff, or the hotel manager himself!!! Terrible!!! -100000000000000000000000!!!! I had to go down to pick up my food because they wouldn't let the delivery guy in while I was going down, they were harming the delivery guy who had other orders and this is unfair,!!! Hotel owner or owners, change management!!!
