The hotel's location is impeccable, with extremely convenient transportation, greatly aiding in travel itinerary planning, which was the most satisfying aspect of this stay. However, the cleanliness and room service were disappointing. During my stay, I found a cockroach in the room. After killing it on the spot, I expected room service to remove the carcass, but upon returning to the room in the evening, I found it hadn't. The room service staff seemed careless, which is unacceptable given the hotel's basic hygiene standards. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are rather basic. Even basic bottled water needs to be replenished by guests themselves. The advantage is that guests can decide how much to take, and the hotel doesn't impose any restrictions. Overall, while the location is extremely advantageous, the hygiene and service quality need improvement. Considering the price, one can't expect too much. If you prioritize a good location and aren't too concerned about hygiene, this hotel is a decent value for money option.

The room was so broken that I asked to be moved, but they said all the rooms were the same, so I gave up. However, after checking out and leaving my luggage, I went out for a bit and when I went to pick it up, they said there was something broken because of us and demanded 50,000 won.
