This was my first time staying here, and the staff who greeted me were so lovely and attentive. We arrived around 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. That was okay, no problem, we weren't in a hurry. We went to eat at Terminal 21 mall, which was convenient as it's connected to the hotel. When we returned at 3 PM, the room was still not ready. The staff explained and apologized, which was so sweet! They even offered to extend the check-out time to 3 PM as compensation. 🥰👍 The room was beautiful, stylishly designed, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it if you're visiting! 🥰👍💐

The location is excellent, being inside a shopping mall, perfect for those who are too lazy to go far. You can comfortably shop around and then return to your room. The breakfast selection is extensive; I'd definitely go back to try everything. The hotel lobby has a rather strong fragrance, which might not be to the liking of those with migraines. Overall, it's very good.
