Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean. There were cigarette butts and food scraps lying around on the balcony. The bathroom wasn't properly clean either. The bathroom door had a 10 cm gap at the bottom, meaning it didn't close properly. Furthermore, the shower was difficult to use, as it had been patched up with duct tape. On top of that, the windows and balcony door were drafty, so we had to deal with damp. The staff was friendly but had some communication difficulties. English and German weren't always sufficient. The hotel is very noisy overall. You can hear everything: every guest in the hallway, the elevator, and the bathroom fans from neighboring rooms. In my opinion, it wasn't good value for money. I paid €500 for a double room (3 nights). Breakfast was also a disappointment. The staff wasn't very efficient. We constantly had to remind them that we were out of drinks or butter. Generally, when it came to getting supplies, the guests, and myself, often had to remind the staff. The hotel's location is good. You can get everywhere from the hotel, and the subway station is right outside.

The rooms are very dated, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom is 40 years old, and very dated. The closet is tiny, so you have to keep your stuff in your suitcase or scattered around the table. Not to mention the unpleasant smell in the hallways. We asked where to park and were told our car was too big, so we'd have to find a parking spot ourselves. €35 per day. I'd never heard that if you have a big car, you can't park in the hotel itself, if you can call it that. It's a shame we arrived tired from a car trip, otherwise I would have definitely cancelled right away. Not even worth €30 a night. Not recommended. The location is definitely excellent.

The carpet was covered in stains. The windows weren't airtight; there was a draft all night, and in the morning the windows were wet on the inside. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower was already taped shut because it leaked. The hotel's location was good, as everything was within walking distance, but it's a very noisy area. There was constant noise at night, and then the noise started right inside the hotel in the early morning. Breakfast at the hotel was okay, as long as you like very dry bread rolls. The staff wasn't very good either, as their German was very poor. This hotel is not recommended.
