What a horrible hotel! Don't sleep here. It's absolutely filthy. Everything is dirty and worn out. Even the bed was filthy!!! After complaining, we were given a new room. After inspection, it was also very dirty. Don't give this company a cent; save yourself the disappointment.

Reservation of the Cerise Chatou apartment, No. 401, for 3 adults, approximately 35 m². 2 nights from December 26th to 28th, 2025 – sub-zero temperatures outside. According to the reception staff, at the time of booking, there was only one apartment available in the entire establishment. Therefore, what we booked did not correspond to what was offered on the hotel's website. Our "apartment" consisted of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a toilet, a large bedroom with a kitchenette, and a small bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom: The heater was old and broken. The problem had been identified by the reception staff before our arrival, but they left us to discover it ourselves. We requested a space heater, but they had all been distributed! The bathtub apron was broken, with a lot of visible debris. The large room with kitchenette: No coffee maker, even though I was told there was a Senseo. The refrigerator: the freezer was full of ice, impossible to put anything in. Two chairs for three people; they gave us a chair from the dining room. The ceiling and lampshade in the kitchenette were covered in drink stains (wine? Coke?). No bedside table on either side of the bed. The small bedroom had no radiator; we had to take a blanket from the car, not wanting the ones crammed into the closets. In short, one small radiator for the whole apartment. The entrance: a wardrobe with the utility duct gaping open in the insulation, the false ceiling raised, just like in the entrance. We had stayed here a few years ago without any particular problems. So we were surprised by the condition of the room we were rented. This establishment should not be rated 3 stars; it simply doesn't meet the required standard, neither in terms of service nor the preparation and condition of the rooms. Absolutely avoid it. I gave it one star because the system doesn't allow for lower ratings.
