What did we like? The proximity to the beach. Just a few meters from the water. The process went smoothly. Communication was easy. What didn't we like? Unfortunately, a lot. Starting with the general cleanliness. It was clean at first glance, but (for whatever reason) there was a used sanitary pad in the closet. The balcony wasn't really clean either. In general, the apartment could use some new furniture. Everything is very dated. The mattress on the "sofa bed" is beyond saggy and rather dirty. The sofa bed consisted of a sofa with a folding bed underneath it. It squeaks just by looking at it (this mattress is also rather saggy). The bathtub was apparently defective at the bottom; it had been filled with expansion foam and covered with duct tape. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a dish towel. A washing machine would have been nice, too. We were there in October, when the temperatures were manageable. Due to the lack of air conditioning, it's not recommended for summer. Our apartment was supposed to have a sea view, ok... if you lean over on the balcony you could see the sea through a 2 meter wide side street, but that's not a sea view for me. The adjacent pool is not part of the accommodation. Every word spoken in the hallway or outside the building can be heard even with the doors and windows closed; at times you'd think it was right next to you. The bar and the nightclub (open 7 days a week), which are located in the same building, can be heard all night long. The hum of the bass and the sounds of the pool tables can be heard until early in the morning, as can the people playing there. We were on the 2nd floor and still couldn't sleep peacefully before 6 a.m.

Cockroach infested, lies and claims to accept refund only to change their mind. Worst experience.

Very friendly staff and clean apartments. The bedroom bedding is fairly comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable: guaranteed back pain. I rented the apartment a bit haphazardly because I wasn't familiar with Mallorca. We went hiking as a family. I should have done some research before renting in Can Picafort. It's a party resort. So if you're looking for parties in commercial techno nightclubs or karaoke, burgers, and donuts, this is the place for you. We ended up above the nightclub with the infra-bass until 6 a.m. I really should have done some research beforehand!!!
