Threatened with police for raising a complaint!! Unfortunately, our 4-night stay was marred by several serious issues that I feel compelled to share. First, housekeeping went through our personal belongings and sent multiple clothing items to be cleaned without permission — we had explicitly requested only one pair of joggers, which were clearly left on the bed. The spa was a complete disappointment. At €25 per person, we expected a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. Instead, we were met with an overcrowded, unregulated environment — children splashing around, every lounger taken by unattended towels, and packed sauna and steam rooms we couldn't get it. We left after 30 minutes having barely used any of the facilities. When we raised these concerns at the front desk, staff showed zero interest and said they could do nothing. At checkout, when we calmly asked to discuss a discount on the spa fee, staff refused to engage in any conversation whatsoever — repeatedly saying "pay it." Most shockingly, simply trying to give feedback about our experience resulted in staff threatening to call the police on us — multiple times. Breakfast was basic and the service inattentive; getting a coffee required asking several times. The ski town itself was fantastic, but this hotel left a lasting negative impression. The dismissive and frankly rude attitude, coupled with the threat of police for daring to raise a complaint, was truly unacceptable. We won't be returning, and I'd strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Lovely little hotel with an unusual lagoon-shaped pool. Not really suitable for swimming, but perfect for relaxation. Everything was very, very clean.

A somewhat dated hotel. A bit noisy. Otherwise, we have nothing negative to report. The reception was very friendly, and the best part was that they called to check if there was still enough room for dinner, as we were out rather late. …
