We got a room for Valentine’s Day it was $443. As soon as the water in the tub was over the jets it went cold. We ordered breakfast it was so nasty we had to leave to get food. When we checked in they charged our card $100 for incidentals (no worries) at check out they told us we would get it back it’s almost 3 weeks and we still haven’t gotten the money back. I would NOT recommend this place especially for the price.

This hotel is beautiful don’t get me wrong, but I booked a room and they called me 2 weeks later telling me “the room I had selected was unavailable due to renovations” and they told me they were giving me a free room upgrade because of the mishap. Upon arrival they did not give us an upgrade at all, and told me the room they had shown me that I was being put in, “the pictures hadn’t been updated” Our room was fine, mostly. The tub was supposed to be my favorite part but the handle kept falling off and the water came out so slow it took 2 hours to fill. You have to pay for breakfast as well, and for $300+ a night the least they could do is provide breakfast. Also the ice machine was out of order. I’ll give them 3/5 stars, but will not be coming back.
