I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the food was especially delicious. I would definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service on my wife's birthday. I booked a specific room, but when I arrived on my wife's birthday, with a small child, I was surprised - with a completely different interior and, most importantly, a freezing room, only the air conditioner worked, which did not heat the huge room. Since I booked for 2 nights, I had to visit late on the day of arrival, at 17:00, at which time I had no other choice, I was forced to stay, although the night's stay cost me a cold :). In the end, we used the restaurant, and the next day, we immediately left the hotel. No apologies, the manager only kept repeating to us that these pictures were sent only for the interior, which did not correspond to the real picture, I asked to send a specific available room and booked accordingly. In the end, after the "big fight" they only refunded part of the amount - 126.9. :) I think I shouldn't have paid even 1 lari in this frozen room and shouldn't have stayed at all. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday, but there was no greeting or any gesture, just a frozen look and an attitude, as if I was unfairly demanding a response. The only positive thing about this hotel is a certain part of the interior, the restaurant and the flavors, as well as the very kind staff serving the restaurant, whom I will definitely mention and I will not lose this attitude to them. Also, the dishes are delicious, although the disappointment described above, you must agree, could not be covered up. On the other hand, I do not recommend anyone to spend the night here.

These were unforgettable days! The best hotel complex, with all its details, the best restaurant, delicious dishes and kind, professional staff. I am glad that in our country, in these difficult times, there is such a high-level, truly European quality and at the same time very Georgian chateau. I would especially like to note the kindness and care of the creator and owner of Chateau Mere, Mr. Giorgi Pidashvili, towards each guest! Thank you very much and wish you success!
