Vintner festival Nov 29th Not having been here for Christmas events for many years, prior to all the remodeling that caters to weddings and events, it was hugely disappointing. I'll start with the pricing for holiday drinks outside by the fire pits, very disorganized. Pricing was wrong. Ex mulled wine priced at $12 when given cash came to $13 (when asked if the price was wrong on the display they replied, no but "adding tax we don't have change so we're told to round up") this was the same for the Raclette cheese both $11 became $12 so be weary of price changes on already too high items, posting the signs for popcorn to give an idea. The inside was worse, $4 coffee came to $15.99 addong bailey's that wasn't even a shot but just flavoring. They had workers that obviously never supported an event like this so can't blame them, it's the establishment Ice skating was the best thing there but the skates were plastic.. the staff there made sure all the kids had fun, very engaging with everyone and you can tell they enjoyed it. Overall though, they have nothing left of the vintage place except old photos. They could have kept something of it for historical purposes but they got greedy with style and high pricing. Sadly , that will be the last time i go there and maybe if you don't remember the hospitality that once made Renault winery great, you might not miss it with all the new pricey glam. Coincidentally, i did hear a very angry patron inside during my time walking thru the restaurant area stating it was "the worst stay he's ever had.."

On 29Nov2025, I took my husband to Taste at Renault winery to celebrate his birthday. I purchased the Igloo Dinner Experience for $168 for 2 hour window to sit and have dinner in a plastic heated igloo. What a disaster.. We had about10 minutes of heat in 32 degree weather. One heater blew cold air , then they brought another that blew heat a few minutes before it tripped the breaker. Five staff members came over in the course of an hour and tinkered with it and we got heat for about 12 min total. My husband and I could see our breath when we spoke. It was so cold we went inside but there were no tables so we ordered food to go and waited in the coffee bar. We planned to order the steak, but it was sold out: We finally ordered whatever was available and had them pack it “to go” so we didn’t have to literally eat in a frozen igloo. I don’t know why I am shocked, but I ordered the blue crab cake dinner. I got home to find two crab cakes, and 8 green beans (and thats all) and my husband can’t even eat the pork schnitzel dish. ($210 for food and drinks). I’m so disappointed. My hubby is a good sport but his birthday dinner experience was awful. It’s bad when such a large restaurant that charges so much money can’t provide a better experience. I do not recommend.

For our anniversary we visited the incredible Renault Winery and Resort in Egg Harbor New Jersey and the entire experience was absolutely beyond renowned. ❤️ I travel all over the world and stay at five star resorts and Michelin star restaurants. I can honestly say I have never been treated the way we were treated here. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the front desk with congratulatory glasses of champagne by Meeedith who planned my whole visit for our anniversary and escorted to a stunning suite that immediately set the tone. 🥂💫 Even though it was raining the team took us on a full tour of the grounds and we were blown away by the beauty the history and the pride everyone showed in their work. We were taken behind the scenes and shown the wedding spaces the business event spaces the bridal areas the corporate event venues and every single detail was top notch. 💍📸✨ After the tour we sat at the bar for cocktails and appetizers before being whisked away to our private vineyard tour. That was followed by a private room filled with history where we enjoyed a seven course wine dinner that was honestly one of the best I have ever had. And I attend these often. 🍽🍷🔥 But the surprises did not stop there. After dinner we were taken to a gorgeous outdoor globe where we relaxed listened to the raindrops and almost fell asleep under twinkling lights with our drinks in hand. Pure magic. ✨🌧💛 This morning started with fresh pastries French press coffee and a visit to the spa for a couples massage and salt sauna. Everything was pristine. Everything was intentional. Everything was unforgettable. 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️☕️ I cannot say enough about Renault Winery and Resort. The passion the staff has is unmatched. Not one person treated their role like a job. Every single person acted like an owner. And that is exactly the kind of culture that makes me even more excited to be part of this organization and to help investors who want to join me. 🙌🔥 These pictures do not come close to capturing the experience.
