We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation, the services, the willingness of the reception to change the date of accommodation, unfortunately we did not make it to the wellness, but it is planned for next time. I would like to highlight the following advantages: pleasant welcome, friendly bartenders, welcome drink of your choice at the bar, excellent breakfast which included smoked salmon, cold and hot buffet, everything perfectly fresh, in the beautiful setting of the winter garden with a view of the lake. The room was quiet, clean, nicely heated, soft towels, just spacious enough, coffee, tea and water with fruit included, comfortable beds, but rather soft. The room had beautiful wallpapers, complemented by wood, the only thing I would change is the carpet with a pattern, because it does not match the rest of the room. Upon check-out, we received a gift in the form of a voucher for 1000 CZK to Petra clinic and an Essenté care set. I can only recommend it and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful hotel, clean with excellent cuisine and professional service, great breakfast, everyone can choose. Overall very nice staff, we have been to this hotel twice and we plan to come back again.

The room was great! Unfortunately, the fan was broken. Breakfast was excellent. Without a car, it's a disaster; a shuttle would be a better option instead of offering the spa separately. Otherwise, top-notch!
