I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Chateaubleau Hotel was absolutely terrible. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. First of all, the place was extremely dirty. The room felt neglected and poorly maintained, and there was a very strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. On top of that, the air conditioning did not work, which made the situation even worse, especially in Miami’s heat. What made the experience even more unacceptable was the strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, including inside the room. It created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment — especially concerning for anyone traveling with children. To make matters worse, we were charged around $234 for just one night, which is outrageous considering the poor conditions. The price was completely unjustified for the level of cleanliness and maintenance provided. Honestly, even if you are desperate for a place to stay, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are many other places in the area that will treat guests better and provide a cleaner, safer environment. Very disappointing experience.

DO NOY BOOK THIS PLACE, IS SO DIRTY!!!! This place is so dirty that should be out of business. You will probably catch diseases from here. The rooms smell like throw up and are so dirty We made a reservation based on the pictures on the Booking app which look nothing like what the actual situation of the rooms are, once there and seeing the condition of the rooms we requested for a cancelation and a refund which they stated the “manager” is the only one that can do that. Booking.com doesn’t recognize the reservation number and they said it was done thru a third party so there is no way to contact a real person BE VERY AWARE you don’t want to stay here and the department of health will probably go there once we report them for being dirty, the conditions are terrible, won’t be surprised if rats come at night and crawl in your bed while sleeping or if you get bed bugs from them
