My stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok with my mom was overall a lovely experience. This trip was a birthday present for her, as she had been wanting to visit Thailand for a very long time, which made the stay even more special for us. While I did face some difficulty with the reservations team regarding an early check-in—where one interaction felt rude and unpleasant—that was the only downside. Apart from that incident, the rest of the team were consistently helpful, friendly, and warm. A special mention to Dan, who is truly Siri in real life—knowledgeable, patient, and endearing .You ask him anything and he always has an answer. We also really enjoyed the complimentary local sweets, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would gladly recommend.
