Review from a real experience staying one night, January 11-12, 2026. Initially, I didn't expect much because the hotel looked old and had been open for a while. But once I entered the lobby and checked in, the environment was surprisingly good. The staff provided good service, as expected. I got a room on the 9th floor with a view of the mountains and Maya Shopping Mall. - The hotel is located not far from the Maya Shopping Mall intersection; it's a short walk away. - The hotel provides two key cards (this is good because many places only give one, which is inconvenient when one person is out and the other isn't with them – you don't have to worry about opening the door). - The carpeted floor is soft and comfortable, clean, and odorless. - The bed is soft and wide, the pillows are comfortable, and there's an extra pillow and blanket in the wardrobe. - The air conditioning is very cold, and the hot water works well. I usually don't like bathrooms with a bathtub and shower combined, but this one was clean and I had no complaints. - The light controls are located at the head of the bed, which is convenient, but it might be a little confusing if you're not used to it. - The room is quiet. There might be some noise from the next room, like when people are using the bathroom, but it's acceptable. Things I'd like to see improved: - I'd like to see more power outlets at the head of the bed, as these days customers need them. I'm often glued to my phone and social media, so it would be great to be able to lie down and relax while charging my phone. - The TV isn't a smart TV yet. I wish they would upgrade it. It would be more convenient for modern customers who prefer watching series and shows through apps (but it's still good that the regular channels are clear). Overall, I was impressed and will definitely stay there again if I have the chance. ^^

My accommodations in Chiang Mai during New Year's Day were a bit hard to review, as I changed hotels every day, and this hotel was only a one-night stay! Pros: The security guards at the entrance were excellent; as soon as our car entered the gate, a golf cart immediately followed us to pick up our luggage! The front desk service was also good, the hotel had good soundproofing, and the bed and view were great! The rooms and hallways were very clean! Cons: The hot water was inconsistent, sometimes on and sometimes off; adults could tolerate it, but children couldn't; the drains were a bit clogged, leaving puddles even after showering; there was a noticeable insecticide smell in the room, and indeed, there was a bottle of insecticide in the room! The breakfast was simple, but the price was reasonable! Overall, aside from the cons, it was pretty good.
