Paid $105 for one night, and this is what we got. To start, this place is not wheelchair accessible. My wife is recently disabled and uses a wheelchair, and she was left waiting outside for an extended period just trying to check in, with no assistance from staff. When she finally attempted to get inside, she had to struggle just to maneuver her wheelchair in, which is completely unacceptable. Once in the room, things only got worse but it wasn’t noticed until later at night after I arrived after work. The bed had exposed metal brackets sticking out from the frame, which caused injuries to both me and my wife. We both slammed our shins into them, and it even ripped my pants this morning. This is a serious safety hazard, not just minor wear and tear. We also found roaches in the room this morning (photo included), along with another unidentified bug. On top of that, the bathroom wall had what appeared to be fecal matter, raising serious concerns about how well the room was cleaned. When we brought all of this to management, they refused to offer any refund or resolution and instead blamed us for not reporting it sooner even though these issues were discovered late at night and this morning. We gave them the opportunity to make this right, and they chose not to. Had this been handled appropriately, this review likely wouldn’t exist but due to her lack of accountability to make it right I am leaving this review now. My wife will be leaving one too. I might consider removing it if they refund us for this horrible stay. For $105 a night, you’d expect at minimum a safe, clean, and accessible room. This was none of those. I would have paid the extra $42 for a different property last night had I known. Between the lack of accessibility, injury-causing hazards, roaches, unknown bugs, poor cleanliness, and lack of accountability, this place is not worth the risk for anyone. Avoid this motel at all costs. It cost us each bleedy shins, and a rip in my favorite linen pants they don’t sell anymore. 💩
