Beware if you have an issue. This apartment was a significant spend for our family including 2 small children to enjoy but it was not fit for purpose as it did not provide hot water. Instead of offering a different room or alternative accommodation elsewhere, we endured service people in our bedroom for the duration of our stay which resulted in hot water only for our final night. It was clearly a major failure of their system. No hot water and no privacy. Front desk staff were friendly and offered crisps and soft drink as compensation. When we complained to management, they offered a 5% discount however at the equivalent of GBP760 per night with no hot water or privacy, it was nowhere near the standard of a 4 star hotel and arguably any accomodation for that matter. We won’t stay again on principle.

We were assigned a basement studio that is clearly unfit for accommodation: • The heating was not working despite it being winter. • The kitchen tap was leaking badly, and we had to collect the water ourselves. • The bathroom window was poorly insulated, leaving the bathroom freezing cold. • The studio was dark, damp, and completely different from the photos advertised online. This reflects a serious lack of maintenance and disregard for guest comfort. Despite paying the full price, we did not receive even the most basic living conditions. I would strongly advise against staying here. A formal complaint has been submitted with supporting evidence.

Very disappointing and unacceptable stay. We booked through Booking.com (Reservation No.: 5087740128) — and although this wasn’t our first stay, this visit was shocking. We were placed in the basement in a studio that is not suitable for living: • The heater did not work in the middle of winter. • The kitchen tap was leaking and we had to collect the water manually. • The bathroom window is not insulated, making the bathroom extremely cold. • The place is damp, dark, and nothing like the photos shown online. This shows clear neglect and lack of respect for guests’ comfort. We paid the full amount and did not receive even the basic standards of accommodation. I do not recommend this place at all, and a formal complaint has been filed with documentation.
