I went to the Ciqala with my nephew and son and we had a very good experience: the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff was impeccable. However, I would recommend expanding the breakfast menu to include more options like cereal or more fruit, as well as fixing the showers: in our room, when we switched the water from hot to cold, it stayed cold even when we moved the tap. We had to turn off the tap to change the water temperature.

Beautiful place, and awesome location as it is close to everywhere as well as public transportation is directly outside just in case you want to explore in a different way. The room itself can have a bit of things on the wall but I just pay attention detail as such which room service can handle if necessary in your room. Staff is great, rooftop is nice but small, did not order anything either as it was a bit expensive. But breakfast made up for that as it is free daily!
