My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting the city of Cebu. It’s worth noting that the area around the hotel is not advisable at night. There is a lot of prostitution and a scattered nightlife atmosphere. As for the rooms, they are very well equipped and the breakfast is complete. However, we experienced a power outage during the morning which we reported, and the hotel has lied about it. We are attaching proof because they implement low-consumption schedules and you literally end up without electricity.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were no unpleasant smells. However, the carpets seem to need deep cleaning as they appear light brown when they should be white. Our door had some broken pieces, and the bathroom had similar damage. It also seemed like the room wasn’t vacuumed regularly, and the dishes were not washed (though I’m not sure if that is part of the service). They do replenish the bath towels, which was good. The location is nice, but you need to walk if you want to go to the Capitol area. The breakfast is decent overall, but the bacon is inconsistent sometimes it’s good, but most of the time it isn’t.
