The room was very clean, no complaints there. However, we were a little disappointed with the restaurant; the service was far too slow, even though there weren't many people in the dining room. Upon arrival, there was no explanation at reception, so we couldn't use the pool as we didn't know we were entitled to two free hours, which was a shame. On the other hand, the breakfast was perfect.

A very nice hotel, large and with very spacious rooms. But… disorganization and poor communication between guests and staff. It has all the credentials to have a good rating, but… perhaps due to the high attendance, there are many poor services. The spa is chaotic, poorly supervised, and the pool looks like a water park. Everyone, both adults and children, is screaming, and luckily the kids can stay until 5 pm and no later (and the problem, obviously, isn't that there are kids, but they should still behave like they would in a hotel spa pool). Towels thrown on the floor everywhere in the changing rooms; let's just say there's really little supervision and attention. The breakfast room has items that aren't replaced, a very large buffet, but the quality wasn't great. They have a problem with the time of breakfast. In the room, it says it ends at 10:30. The reception says 10 am, and the breakfast room staff says 11 am. The same goes for check-out time. Let's just say they can improve because the hotel is a beautiful facility.
