We hd the worst experience with our stay. We were promised a refund but nothing. They put my family in danger by letting people smoke weed and hash in their rooms that circulate in the vent causing my daughter sever asthma attacks. After days of telling the management even the directress no action was taken. They have put their guest life in danger with out compensation and with out actions. Worst employee of the year and worst hotel of the year. You may choose this hotel if you wished to be in rooms with people who they let and allow to smoke while the law said otherwise

The room comes with a small kitchen, which is convenient. The room is clean and spacious. There is no bathtub, only a shower. The entrance is on the ground floor. From Plaza Catalunya, walk south down Las Ramblas for about 5 minutes until you see a Levi's sign. Turn down the alley next to it and you'll find the entrance a few meters to your left. A security guard will open the automatic glass door for you. Rooms are cleaned every four days. Towels can be replaced by bringing them to reception (on the first floor). You can also get amenities at reception if you run out. Water, tea bags, and a coffee machine (including hot milk and decaf) are available to the right of the restaurant entrance on the first floor. You can bring your own cup from your room, or paper cups are provided. It's convenient to have empty plastic bottles to carry water (although there was a glass pitcher in the kitchen). The laundry is apparently on the basement floor, but I didn't use it. I hand-washed my small items and hung them up in my room. A small drying rack would be convenient. I brought a clothesline and S-hooks to hang my laundry, but there was nowhere to hang them. It would be convenient to have sandals or slippers to wear indoors. There is a rooftop, but it is only open from 10am to 10pm, so I couldn't see the first sunrise of the year or the New Year's Eve fireworks (although I could see them from my room window).

Everything was satisfactory. The staff were especially friendly. The facilities and location were perfect for a family of four. The accommodations were particularly convenient, with small touches like the underground coin-operated laundry, free coffee and water, and frequent towel changes.
