Could not have asked for a better experience. I arrived very early after my flight and could not check in yet. As they were taking my baggage to hold until check in I realized I left my camera in the cab. I was devastated as it was an expensive brand new camera. The front desk hostess not only showed sympathy and compassion but tried to help me find solutions and remained positive. The taxi driver actually did coordinate with the hotel and got me back my camera. But their hospitality changed me in a way I cannot explain. Ive been to citizen M in other places and they are always consistent and well maintained. This one though sets itself apart with above and beyond hospitality by ALL staff. Also best eggs of my life in the breakfast! Merci beucoup Citizen M Paris Champs Elysee!!!

Really loved my short stay here, all the staff (aka...ambassadors) were amazing. The location is perfect with less than a 5 minute walk to Metro 1. I had 2 wonderful night sleep thanks to blackout blinds/mattress and pillows. Will come back here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right across from Galeries Lafayette and surrounded by luxury shops. It's just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, with many good restaurants nearby and excellent transport links by metro and bus. Inside, it's incredibly welcoming, with a chic style and designer touches throughout. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff is delightful. Regina at reception, in particular, gave us exceptional service. I told her we were celebrating our anniversary, and she went out of her way to find us a room we would love. I asked for a room on a high floor with a large bed and a great view, and she got us exactly that. She was incredibly kind and attentive the entire time. I should also mention the tall young man at reception who speaks Spanish and the blonde woman at the rooftop bar, who were also very kind. I wish I had written down their names; they made us feel like family. They even left us a lovely postcard and some beautifully decorated towels that we adored. We are truly grateful. The cleanliness is excellent; everything is spotless, without a single complaint. The hotel has a bar with coffee, wine, and various other drinks, and water is complimentary for guests. The breakfast is very complete: eggs, ham, a variety of cheeses, croissants, pain au chocolat, pancakes, jams, salmon… and the coffee is freshly brewed. The rooms are small if you have a lot of luggage, but the bed is enormous and you sleep wonderfully. Everything is controlled from an iPad: lights, heating, blinds, and even the bathroom colors. The shower has good water pressure and comes with all the necessary toiletries. The rooftop has beautiful views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower in the distance. If you happen to be there when it's flashing, it's magical. In short, a perfect hotel to stay in a beautiful, central area with top-notch service. We were delighted and will definitely be back!
