The property is very good as the location is close to the market but at the same time it is surrounded by dense forest and has a calm and peaceful vibe. The property is maintained properly, the staff is also very co-operative and thanks to complimentary baby food we didn't had to worry about baby's food related problem as they provide hygienic and tasty baby Khichdi. Thanks to Ujjwal, Aditya and Suresh at the restaurant. My only concern came at the check out, I had 10% food and beverage discount as per my booking which they fail to honour it in the bill. The said the discount was not applied by mistake and offered some bakery products which I denied, this same thing happened to another customer while check out before me. After lot of debate they charge me 10% less while paying but couldn't do it on the bill so I paid the 200 rs in cash to the employee if it was to be deducted from his pay. I just want this to be addressed by the management as this clearly makes us think of any possibility of scam. Club mahindra is brand associated with this property we come for a brand also booking is from Make my trip portal and then we don't expect such things to happen. Except this overall experience was good. We were Lucky to spot a Gaint Indian squirrel (Shekru) in the property. Also one last thing avoid checking in or checking out on a Tuesday. There is a weekly market right outside the property blocking the road. Checking out was a nightmare through the narrow lane and crowded with a market. Still the security team helped us a lot but still if possible avoid Tuesday.
