Citi Sentral Hotel — Highly Recommended ⭐ Location 💛💛💛💛💛 Transportation 💛💛💛💛💛 Food & Drinks 💛💛💛💛💛 Cleanliness 💛💛💛💛💛 Service & Politeness 💛💛💛💛💛 I really recommend Citi Sentral Hotel. The location is excellent. The train station and bus station are right here, and both LRT and MRT are very convenient. It’s perfect especially if you’re coming to the city for a concert or event. There are also many places nearby to eat and drink, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very polite and friendly — great service overall. Although the area is known as an Indian street, it feels safe to walk around. You’ll also see many visually impaired people selling items along the roadside and on the pedestrian bridges. If you can help, just help a little — I did what I could too. The only downside is that there is no parking available. Overall, still highly recommended! 👍

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights as part of a trip. I really wouldn't recommend staying here. It's okay for a short stay of one or two days. We stayed in room 309 on the third floor. The TV didn't work, which was bad enough, but the air conditioning was inconsistent – sometimes hot, sometimes cold. One night I woke up from the heat and told the front desk to check the air conditioning, but it was still the same. I figured I'd just put up with it for a few days. 🤦🏻 The shower water was also lukewarm, not hot where it should be, not cold where it should be. The room was quite clean, though. However, the cleaning staff were a bit disrespectful of guests' privacy. One morning I took my clothes out to wash while my friend stayed in the room to sleep. They asked if I needed cleaning, and I told them to wait. Shortly after, he barged into the room, startling my friend. Luckily, there was a safety lock. The room was very poorly soundproofed. We could hear noises from the hallway – cleaning sounds, people checking out next door, and people talking. 🥹🥹🥹
