Excellent location and very nice room, especially the truly huge balcony. Unfortunately, there were several less-than-stellar things: the room was practically not soundproofed, and being on a very busy road, there was constant noise, and the bathroom was not very private, with a broken door and a door opening onto the entrance. We spent five days there, obviously going to the beach, and had to wear slippers inside because there was nothing to clean the floor with. Furthermore, to find parking, you mostly have to use paid parking.

Pro: Great design, spacious balcony and a fantastic location in central Limassol, close to the waterfront and old town. Bed was also extremely comfortable. Con: The street noise was very disturbing for us. We bought ear plugs but it was still an issue. On our last night in particular there was more traffic than usual - we didn’t manage to sleep at all which really ruined an otherwise perfect stay. Please invest in soundproof/ noise reducing glass for the balcony doors, it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

After a negative review on Booking, the owner was rude in private messages. From the "dirt" we left an unmade bed and used towels on the floor in the bathroom. We washed the cups. We walked in slippers. We did not cook. The bathroom is not isolated, but simply separated from the living room by thin walls. The walls do not reach the ceiling, and the door does not close completely (broken), every sound from the toilet is clearly heard anywhere in the room. A two-centimeter cockroach saw us off on the day of check-out in the bathroom. The water in the sink in the bathroom does not drain well, it collects. It is difficult to wash off toothpaste, soap, etc. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom or shower, you have to put things on the floor or on the toilet. The toilet cistern is leaking, so it does not flush the first time. Since the bathroom is not isolated, the room smells like sewage (the hood does not cope). And opening the windows wide open is problematic because of the loud noise from the street. In the kitchen there is a single-burner stove, a tiny frying pan and a small ladle - the apartment does not assume that you cook. The Internet connection is unstable: the speed is sometimes high (≈50 Mbit), then suddenly drops (0.2 Mbit), and the ping jumps a lot (from 4 ms to ≈6000 ms). I was unable to hold work meetings. The owner did not help. He wanted to open access to the password-protected Wi-Fi, but did not know the password. There is no soundproofing in the apartment, so the noise of engines from the road under the windows and the sounds of parties from the cafe prevent you from sleeping. There is also a large hotel across from the windows, which brightly shines at night with multi-colored panels in the windows. During the day, you can clearly see your neighbors, and they can see you, if you do not close the curtains tightly. There is an electric kettle, but it does not turn off automatically. You have to make sure that all the water doesn't boil away. And there are many other minor shortcomings... The pros are the location and stable hot water (pressure and temperature are constant). The bed was comfortable. But the headboard has a dangerous extension with corners that you can hit in your sleep. After the rudeness of the owner in a personal message, I don't think it's necessary to "invent" pros like "the iron and refrigerator stated in the description were really there."
