I had a minor issue with the taxi service recommended by the hotel regarding the billing.

The weather was terrible, but I stayed there anyway. Out of necessity. But everything was fine in the end.

Let me tell you. I stayed there, they gave me room 314, which overlooked the wall of a large warehouse, but that's acceptable because, since the stay is short, you don't really need a good view. What I do have to mention is that when I arrived, I wanted to shower, and only a few drops of water came out of the showerhead. I had no choice but to use what little water was available, and it took me a very long time. The conditioner they had had a really bad smell; I didn't like it. And the soap—there was only one bar for the sink, not for the shower. After showering, I tried to call, but the phone wasn't working. I called from my cell phone, and they didn't answer. Finally, they did, and I explained the problem with the water. They told me it was because of the implementation of a new water-saving system and that they would come to fix the phone, but they never did. I think that for the price they pay, which is two thousand pesos and some change, they could provide a decent amount of toiletries, like a couple of nice-smelling soaps, shampoo, and conditioner, so it's worth what they charge for a night. It's not too much to ask, and they should keep the phone service working in case of an emergency; I think that's essential. At checkout, I told the person who checked me out that I would write about what happened and that I hoped for better service next time. Regarding the included breakfast, I would like more variety in bread and food, and for them to have salt packets available because they didn't have any, and I wanted some. That's all.
